The title of this post is a little dramatic, I know. It’s just the first thing that came to mind when I thought about waiting for the Comcast guy to show up tomorrow:
Several months back, I tried valiantly to have Comcast install high-speed internet at my Dad’s house. I took off of work(2x!), made Moose wait around, and spent hours on the phone with “customer service” reps. Unfortunately, all of this only proved that they had a very difficult time keeping their word to me and an even more difficult time installing cable service to a house that wasn’t pre-wired for it.
Tomorrow, I supposedly meet the Comcast guy between 8:30-11:00AM to right the wrongs currently being done our internet connection by Qwest.
